Shipping policy

Global Village Kailua will do our best to get your order out in a timely manner.  Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.  Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered.  You will be contacted in both instances.  If item is backordered, we will provide an approximate date of shipment.

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 7-14 business days. Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 10-30 business days. Average transit times to International: 15-45 business days.

Free shipping offers apply to U.S. orders only.  International orders are not eligible for free shipping.  Local taxes, shipping fees and tariffs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience.
